With more than 20 years of experience in the construction industry, Shane McQuade brings a rare depth of knowledge to his work as a Surety Producer. His roots run deep, growing up in a family with three generations in construction gave him an early appreciation for the values that drive the industry. That foundation, combined with his active duty service in the United States Air Force and his continued commitment as a member of the Virginia Air National Guard, has shaped him into a trusted professional who understands both the demands of the field and the importance of showing up for others.

Based in Virginia, Shane works closely with contractors to help them navigate the bonding process, strengthen their financial positioning, and secure the capacity they need to grow and pursue new opportunities. His firsthand knowledge of the construction world allows him to serve as a trusted advisor and long-term partner to the clients he serves.

Outside of work, Shane and his wife are the proud parents of four daughters and enjoy skiing, snowboarding, golf, woodworking, and spending time outdoors together.
