Hello!

Adam is a founding member and the COO of Parrot Surety Services. Adam served two enlistments as a Marine Combat Engineer. He managed construction projects in the Pacific including a school renovation in the Philippines and supported worldwide security operations in Africa and the Middle East with 2nd Battalion, 6th Marines and the 26th Marine Expeditionary Unit. 

Adam earned his BBA in Entrepreneurship from Belmont University using his GI Bill in 2021; he now is a surety professional specializing in helping government contractors qualify for and maximize their surety bond programs. With a comprehensive understanding of surety underwriting, financial structuring, and a deep surety industry network, Adam and his team provide strategic guidance to contractors seeking to scale their bond capacity. His expertise bridges the gap between contractors and financial institutions, ensuring businesses can secure the necessary bonding to compete and grow in the federal marketplace.

A member of the National Association of Surety Bond Producers (NASBP) Small and Emerging Business Committee and the National Veteran Small Business Coalition (NVSBC) since 2021, Adam is committed to advocating for small and emerging veteran-owned businesses.

Adam has always enjoyed competitive sports such as football and rugby, but now finds enjoyment in hobbies like fly fishing, skateboarding, snowboarding, skydiving,  SCUBA-diving, and traveling around with his family in their F350 with the Airstream in tow.
